Participants will learn how to perform stakeholder analysis, utilize techniques to elicit the needs of these stakeholders, translate their needs into solution requirements, and confirm these requirements are well-written, correct, and precise. For those new to the BA role, the course is aligned to BABOK Version 3 and covers the IIBA knowledge areas on the Entry Certificate in Business Analysis (ECBA) exam. The 4-day course will provide attendees with 28 professional development hours to sit for the ECBA exam.

Requirements Analysis and Use Cases (course code BA28 – 14 PD hours) scheduled December 8-9, 2022 https://rgfgroup.com/event/ba28-requirements-analysis-and-use-cases-workshop/2022-12-08/  This 2-day course provides a strong foundation in the mechanics of use case diagramming and writing textual descriptions of use cases. In this highly interactive workshop, you will learn how to enhance and refine your use case skills, how to involve your stakeholders in the use case process, and how to develop use cases that provide valuable information to the designers and testers.
