The Foundations of Business Analysis attracts both those new to business analysis as well as those in a business analyst role who are looking for formalized education and best practices! The class is a practitioner-based, skill enabling course that provides a total immersion in the BA role. Participants will learn how to perform stakeholder analysis, utilize techniques to elicit the needs of these stakeholders, translate their needs into solution requirements, and confirm these requirements are well-written, correct, and precise. For those new to the BA role, the course is aligned to BABOK Version 3 and covers the IIBA knowledge areas on the Entry Certificate in Business Analysis (ECBA) exam. The 4-day course will provide attendees with 28 professional development hours to sit for the ECBA exam.
